About DJ Rick PerezBorn and raised in Chicago, Rick began taking an interest in mixing by observing his older brothers Jesse, Eddie and Omar. Catching on slowly but surely, Rick realized that he needed to have his own style of mixing, he suddenly also realized that he didn't want to be like every dj playing the same songs so he began remixing and producing his own tracks as well as doing mash ups of various club hits. Rick knows that any dj can play a famous song, but he likes to surprise the crowd with something different. What started off as an interest in mixing has evolved into a creative and different style of dj'ing. Rick can be seen at some of Chicago's exclusive nightclubs, as well as doing guest spots in Las Vegas with his brother Omar. Rick has been fortunate to get more recognition since he began releasing his remixes on digital websites such as beatport and soundcloud. The Perez Brothers have also taken to the airwaves with their weekly show "Perez Inn Nights" which can be heard every Friday @6PM. "To me, it's always been about the music, I never wanted to be just a dj, I wanted to create music." He's had the pleasure to dj at some of the most prestigious and exclusive clubs as well as mix with some of the best dj's from around the world.
